Our organization has secured 20.3 acres of land on Bellaire Blvd for the future one stop shop service (as the Chinese says 'one dragon service'), providing convenient independent and healthy living to the elderly and disable people.
The master plan will include Sunshine Community Center, housing for low income senior, tax credit apartments and veteran housing and assisted living center with restaurants, cafe, bakery, doctor clinic, dentist office, pharmacy, hair salon, police station, medical supply store, meditation center, social service agency, etc. Temples, churches, supermarkets, banks, and public transportation are within a walking distance. The landscaping will include two man-made lakes, beautiful flower patches, fruit trees, green gardens, maple trees that change color with the seasons, ducks in the fenced lakes, green grass park for enjoying outdoor movies at night, outdoor exercise equipment, concrete walking trails, etc.
